Thank you very much for all of your hard work. Days and nights you worked very hard to deliver a quality course. I appreciate it!

Teresa March 2010

I wanted to thank each of you for a fantastic month! It has been challenging and rewarding in ways I did not expect. Each of you brought an amazing energy to this experience and I am walking away a better person thanks to this fact. From being wisdom providers, job counselors, and mentors, you have all come together to make this course what it is. Thank you!
Megan, March 2009

The dedication and professionalism of all the staff is testimony to Via Lingua. Thanks too for my introduction to a new understanding of English Grammar, scary at first but hugely entertaining and very enjoyable. The teachers and information were very comprehensive.
Marilyn, September 2008

I learnt to plan for my lessons and I even use the lesson plan sheets we were given at Via Lingua! I think the main thing I learnt was to relate lessons to useful everyday life, and to tailor them to meet each students individual interests so I am always keeping an eye open for inspiration for lessons.
Lydia Morgan, January 2007

I have had so many work offers but I haven't been able to accept all of them. In fact I am working with different levels such as business English, general English and as a 'lettrice' in two state high Schools.
Sarah Lottini, July 2007

I never ever could have taught a single day without having what I learned at Via Lingua. In the long run, almost everything I learned has remained a part of both my teaching and my daily experiences here in Italy.
Janssen Silva, July 2006

The trainer was open and brimming with enthusiasm
I recommend this experience to anyone interested in teaching English abroad, while tasting the job you also get a new qualification.
Joshua Gill, October 2007

The grammar classes have proved to be invaluable.
The wonderful experience I had at Via Lingua confirmed my decisions and abilities. I also found both that I enjoy teaching and have ability at it, which, as I am working towards phasing out my current profession into something different, gives me direction and confidence.
Jackie Davis, April 2007

The Via Lingua CTEFL course was an investment which showed its rewards from day one. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, enthusiasm and organization of the trainers and all the staff involved. Via Lingua instilled me with a solid grounding, enthusiasm and above all, the confidence for teaching English as a foreign language. I started the course with an eagerness to learn, and during the course absorbed more than I could have imagined in such a short period of time! This was the result of the material being presented in a way which facilitated the best possible learning – ‘practice makes perfect’. The course practiced what it preached. It was a true testimony of its effectiveness. The trainers were highly qualified and sensitive to all our needs, making the learning process enjoyable and relevant. I began working in Milan immediately after finishing the Via Lingua CTEFL course. Milan offers a huge pool of teaching opportunities as well as being ideally located for wonderful weekend trips to the awe-inspiring Alps, tranquil lakes or spectacular sea of the Italian Riviera. It’s definitely the place to kick start a rewarding and enjoyable career in teaching English as a foreign language.
Irene, Via Lingua Italy, August 2004

I have been to some of the best colleges in America and Natasha and Tim are two of the best teachers I have ever had – knowledgeable, lively and engaging.
Raymond Dudley, Jr., Via Lingua St. Petersburg, July 2003

I really enjoyed the course tremendously. I knew it would be challenging because of the short time frame, but it was challenging in different ways than I expected. I feel that I learned a great deal and grew as both a teacher and a person through this experience.
Lisa Gustafson, Via Lingua Crete, February 2005

I found the CTEFL course to be challenging yet very rewarding. It was a little overwhelming at first because it is quite intense and they throw you into teaching right away on the third day - but I soon realized that I was learning so much from those first few days of practice teaching. The grammar review was well needed, and I felt like the course taught me the teaching skills that I continue to use and develop even now. Originally, I looked for work in a few cities in Italy, but was offered a job in Florence right away after my course. There were only about two weeks after my course ended before I started working.
Eryn Feinsod, Via Lingua Florence, June 2003

Everyone I have met here I have liked and this is one thing I would convey to a potential student. Budapest is a very appealing city!
Don, Via Lingua Budapest, November 2004

The reason I chose to come to St Petersburg to do my TEFL course was because I had heard from my friend that it was the most beautiful city she’d ever seen. I wasn’t disappointed. When I started the course, I had no intention of becoming an English teacher in the long run. But now I’m looking forward to teaching all over the world, and I’m glad that I finally have some direction in my life. I’m going to the Sudan for 6 months to teach English at the university in Khartoum. After the Sudan I intend to come back to St Petersburg to teach English for 6 months-1 year.
Cleo Fychan, Via Lingua St. Petersburg, October 2004

I grew immensely as a teacher and I know that the skills I've gained will be applicable to more than the classroom. The Teaching Practice was extremely useful, it is the best way to learn how to teach.
Evita, Via Lingua Istanbul, August 2004

The Istanbul centre is great. Well staffed, great amenities, great location!
Kimberley, Via Lingua Istanbul, August 2004

I was very impressed with all your teachers – not only with their knowledge and expertise but also with their commitment.
Francesco, Via Lingua Budapest, November 2004

I love Via Lingua! It was SO much better than I could ever have asked for!
Jill Stahl, Via Lingua Crete, February 2005
